No Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable and are non-transferable from person to person, from event to event or from year to year. No exceptions.There are no refunds from Pacific Sports or from Active.com. Please read all information on this site prior to signing up so you are sure you will be able to participate.
Fees:
Olympic Distance individual:
$165 until September 1, 2009
$190 thereafter until October 3, 2009
Sprint Distance individual:
$145 until September 1, 2009
$170 until October 3, 2009
Relays:
$270 until September 1, 2009
$300 until October 3, 2009
Professionals and Elite Amateur Competition:
$185 until October 3, 2009
Collegiate:
$100 until September 1, 2009
$125 until October 3, 2009
High School:
$85 until September 1, 2009
$105 until October 3, 2009
Bike Event:
$65 until September 1, 2009

Details
Relay teams will be issued one timing chip which they will pass from teammate to teammate. Relay Teams must either all come to the expo together to pick up your packets and sign the waiver or one team member may come with 3 signed waivers to pick up for the team. Relay teams do not need to check in their run gear for T2, since this is where the runner will be located. The open relays are male, female and coed (both sprint and Olympic distances). If you are having someone pick up your race packet, as an individual, you must have this person bring your signed waiver with them to the expo. Waiver will be posted here at a later date.
If you sign up online, you will get an automatic email confirmation of your entry from Active.com and you can also check your entry confirmation on this site. If you send an entry into our office, you can check your entry confirmation here as well (please allow two weeks). If you send an entry into our office, please be sure to include your email address if you would like to receive our competitor updates. Active.com does not issue refunds for entry fees.
